As a service to our customers and to ease their minds, and,
frankly, we see it as just being fair, we created a pet health
warranty called Pets At Heart. Pets At Heart gives you the
knowledge and peace of mind that there will be a speedy
response to any health concern for your overnight boarder.
Under this warranty we will cover veterinary charges up to
$250.00, of any unexpected illness or injury that takes place while
your pet is boarded overnight at the lodge. We will contact your
vet or ours, depending on your vet's location and the time of day.
We also cover your pet for 48 hours after they return home for any
"kennel related" illness or injury. If something is noticed within the
48 hour period after checkout, you must call our office by the end
of that 48 hour period.
Payment or reimbursement will be made after we receive a
diagnosis and treatment statement from your vet.
Pets At Heart excludes
Pre-existing health or medical conditions.
Chronic health or medical conditions.
Injuries caused by other pets sharing a boarding space at the
owner's request.
Any charges exceeding the $250.00 maximum coverage.
